Jennifer received bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and has more than 20 years of consulting experience in the fields of transportation planning and traffic engineering. Her expertise includes corridor studies, pedestrian studies, intersection and roadway analyses, parking analyses, and traffic signal timing and design. Jennifer works with stakeholders and the public to develop innovative yet practical solutions to her client’s needs.
