About the Firm

Principal

Jennifer T. Bihl, PE, PTOE, IMSA Level II
Jennifer received bachelor's and master's degrees in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and has more than 20 years of consulting experience in the fields of transportation planning and traffic engineering. Her expertise includes corridor studies, pedestrian studies, intersection and roadway analyses, parking analyses, and traffic signal timing and design. Jennifer works with stakeholders and the public to develop innovative yet practical solutions to her client's needs.

Jennifer Hunter, PE, AICP
Jennifer Hunter holds a bachelor's and master's degrees in Civil Engineering from Duke University and The University of Texas at Austin respectively. In her 15 years of traffic and transportation consulting experience she has developed expertise in diverse aspects of engineering and planning including airport groundside traffic, roadway level of service, and traffic safety.

Glenda Maddy
Glenda earned a Bachelor of Arts with a Minor in Civil Engineering and an A.A.S. in Civil Engineering Technology from Marshall University and Bridgemont Community College, respectively. Prior to joining Bihl Engineering, Glenda worked in the planning engineering and bridge design teams at the Highways Engineering Division of the West Virginia Department of Transportation. She also has more than eight years of private industry experience in Infrastructure Construction and Project Management.

Cassie Aiello, EIT
Cassie received her bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts in 2021. During her time as an undergraduate she gained not only a broad engineering education but valuable real-world experience from her professional internships, which led her to select Traffic Engineering as a career focus. Cassie has always been a proud and active member of her professional community through organizations such as the American Society of Civil Engineers and Society of Women Engineers.

Kiersten Cedeno
Kiersten holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and master's degrees in City and Regional Planning and Real Estate Development. As an advocate for smart growth Kiersten has, since joining Bihl Engineering in 2017, used her academic and professional skillset to inform the firm's broad understanding of each project's community impacts and assist in the development of solutions that are "win-win" for our clients and residents.

James Bihl, EIT, MBA, PMP, LSSBB
With a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University and an MBA from Troy University, James Bihl is responsible for the firm's program and project management practice. Before joining Bihl Engineering in 2015 James held executive positions in operations and project management for global organizations such as Berkshire Hathaway and Koch Industries.
