About the Firm


Jennifer T. Bihl, PE, PTOE, IMSA Level II
Jennifer received bachelor's and master's degrees in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and has more than 18 years of consulting experience in the fields of transportation planning and traffic engineering. Her expertise includes corridor studies, access studies, intersection and roadway analyses, parking analyses, and traffic signal timing and design. Jennifer works with stakeholders and the public to develop innovative yet practical solutions to her client's needs.


Jennifer Hunter, PE, AICP
Jennifer Hunter holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Duke University and a master's degree from the University of Texas at Austin. She has 13 years of experience in transportation planning and traffic engineering.

Meg Dalton, PE
Meg holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Presbyterian College, and has over 20 years in engineering consulting. Her areas of expertise include project management, structural analysis and design of bridges and miscellaneous roadway structures, and analysis and design of aerospace and defense infrastructure.

James Wallace, PE
James received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Clemson University in 2012, and spent the first several years of his career working with large utilities while developing his project management skillset. Since joining Bihl Engineering, James has delivered a variety of Transportation projects, including parking studies, pedestrian studies, and traffic impact analyses.

Arielle Ferber, PE
Arielle is a 2011 Civil Engineering graduate from the University of California, Davis. During her time at Bihl Engineering Arielle has developed a broad Transportation Engineering skill set, and has become adept at using tools such as Synchro and PTV Vissim.

James Bihl, EIT, MBA, PMP, LSSBB
James is a B.S. Chemical Engineer from Clemson University with an MBA from Troy University. Before joining Bihl Engineering he held executive positions in operations as well as project management roles for both publicly and privately held organizations.

Kiersten Cedeno
Kiersten joined Bihl Engineering as an intern in March 2017. She received her BFA in Architecture at the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2018 and is now studying towards dual master's degrees in City and Regional Planning and Real Estate Development at Clemson University. After completing her studies Kiersten looks forward to combining building design and urban planning to create sustainable and livable communities.
